Known for being a cultural city filled with historical buildings, Quebec City is also a haven for a wellness vacation. In the summer, rent a bike and glide along the St. Lawrence River from downtown to the Montmorency Falls and beyond. Then be pampered at a relaxing spa to re-fuel your body for more sightseeing.
